What languages do you support?

Methodify supports both Canadian English and French.

What countries are you available in?

We are available in Canada but intend to expand our services globally.

What is your payment process?

During the set up process, your account representative will invoice you and load the system with your desired amount.

Who uses Methodify?

Methodify is designed for marketers and researchers that use repeatable research methods and need quick consumer insights.

What is an online panel?

An online panel is a community of consumers who have opted in to provide feedback by participating in online market research studies.

Who will be completing the survey included in my project?

You will receive feedback from members of the AskingCanadians online research community, which has access to more than 600,000 highly-profiled Canadian consumers.

How do I get started?

Fill out our Get Started form and one of our representatives will contact with you within 24 business hours to assist you in creating your account.

If I set up an account for my company, how many staff can access it?

We allow up to three users per account. Once our team has created your initial Administrator account, you can add two additional users. If you require further access, please contact us directly at support@getmethodify.com..

Can I speak to someone at your company if I need assistance?

Yes. If you need assistance or have any questions about our product, email us directly at support@getmethodify.com.. We will aim to respond within 24 hours.

Can I provide feedback about Methodify?

You can provide feedback by emailing us directly at support@getmethodify.com. We will aim to respond within 24 hours.

If I require help and submit a query via email how long will it take to get a response?

We are committed to providing the highest level of customer service to all of our users. We will aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours.

Is there a fee to access your support services?

No. All customer assistance is complimentary. The only cost incurred is the purchase of the Methodify project.

Methods and Testing

What is included in a project?

Our standard methods include a predefined sample, a survey and a live report, enabling you to track your testing results. You will also have access to the final data.

How do I know which method is best for me and my needs?

All of our methods include a high level description so you can easily assess and self-select which method is the best fit. If you require guidance in choosing a method, please contact one of our account representatives through the Contact Us form or email us directly at support@getmethodify.com. We will respond within 24 hours.

What is involved in creating a project?

Please fill out our Get Started form and one of our account representatives will contact with you within 24 business hours to assist you in creating your account.

What are the technical requirements for the Methodify platform?

Methodify can be accessed using Internet Explorer 8+, Chrome 26+ or Firefox 10+. Methodify is also responsive and can be viewed on desktop, tablet or smartphone.

How do I launch a project?

Once you have configured your project, your account administrator must approve and send the test for launch. At this stage our internal team will conduct a review and if there are no issues (spelling mistakes or asset issues, for example) they will automatically launch your test. Once the project has been launched by our team you will receive an email and a link to access the live report on your account.

What if I don’t have adequate funds in my account to launch a project?

Please contact us directly at support@getmethodify.com and one of our account representatives will be happy to assist you.

Can I change the types of questions included in your standard methods?

Our standard methods have been designed in such a way that they include all of the necessary elements to get you results without making any changes to the sample size or the questions. However, we do offer custom solutions. If you have an established research method of your own, we can import it into Methodify and create an asset that your entire team can use. Our team can also customize the sample size and survey questions based on your unique needs. Please inquire when you speak to one of our account representatives.

Can I change a project once it has been launched?

No. Once you have launched a project, changes cannot be made. However, you may purchase additional projects as required.

Do I get to keep my data once a project is complete?

Yes, once a project has been completed and closed, the data is yours to download as a CSV file. If you would like assistance in defining your data further, please contact our experts.

Analyzing Results

Do I have to wait until my project is complete to see results?

No, you will have access to a live report that will be populated with data as soon as your first user completes your survey. Access to this data will be available on your Dashboard.

How will the survey results be presented when the project is complete?

By logging into the Methodify platform, you will be able to access key data points presented in visual graphics.

Do you offer any services to help me understand my data?

Our system provides a dashboard with key data points. If you require additional services to help uncover further insights and better understand the data, our team can produce a PowerPoint report and can arrange an in-person presentation to walk you through the findings. This service is available for an additional fee. Please speak to your account representative if you are interested in selecting this option.

How do I export or download my results?

You can review your results as soon as your first user completes your survey. Simply log into your account and choose View Live Report for your project from your Dashboard. Once a project is complete, there are several export formats for downloading data, including CSV, Excel, JPG and PDF.
